Advantage & Challenges
BANKNIFTY options have a weekly expiry and hence prone to a substantial theta decay. Of course being a volatile counter the risk of ruin remains high as well. The expiry trading focuses on selling of CE and PE around resistance levels and playing out the theta decay or a delta trade. Easier said than done and there are lot of other nuances to this as well.
