NIFTY FUTURE 2^th Jan – RECAP

  On 25th we mentioned that NIFTY FUT has immediate resistance at 5175 zone, Check the High made (5177.5). NIFTY FUT again largely stayed within a small range on an intraday basis, giving little for Intra players,But even then it followed our levels spot on.

 Our Intra subscribers went short at 5150 and closed the trade at cost with NIFTY FUT not seeing any significant movement. Our Positional traders have already booked hefty gains on the longs. We had been shouting on Yahoo/Twitter( Check our Yahoo and Twitter posts) to accumulate longs for positional players from 4600 and then 4800. NIFTY FUTURE – 27 th Jan Trading Guide

NIFYT FUT looks strong but also at the same time extremely overbought on all short term time frames. The advice would be to start booking longs in all gains here, with all the bullish talk we also should not we have had a terrific run and some consolidation might actually be healthy. NIFTY FUT faces immediate resistance at 5175-5180, trading above which can attempt 5230-40 zones. If manages to trade above it ,will try to fill the gap near 5300. O the downside immediate support now comes at 5130,trading below which can attempt 5070 levels where it may find some support on positional basis.

Yesterday we mentioned that NIFTY FUT is looking for cues to set the next course of action and RBI policy could just be that. NIFTY FUT  opened flat and made a low above our POWERTRADE BEARS LAST STAND POINT OF THE DAY -----  5035 and darted towards our POWERTRADE BEARS LAST STAND POINT OF THE DAY ----- 5070,above that attempted 5090 and towards our eventual target of 5130.Giving ample opportunity for traders.

NIFYT FUT broke out of the congestion zone to give a good sustained up move. Now NIFTY FUT has immediate resistance at 5150 and above that near 5175 zone, If still manages to sustain above it NIFTY FUT may scale the elusive 5200 mark and above that 5230. On the Downside immediate support comes at 5065-5070. If trades below it will again attempt the lower levels of yesterday

We mentioned NIFTY FUT support at 5035, check the Intra day low created today (5036.5). We also mentioned that NIFTY FUT will face resistance at 5070 (High made 5062.5). NIFTY FUT again traded in a narrow range leaving very little for intra players. Another dull day with very low volumes. The average volumes traded was just half of the 50 day average. Markets are looking for the next trigger to decide the direction, The RBI policy could just be that tomorrow lets watch out
